A trick to feeling good at will Guest Post By Suzanne Bandick

 

We all have had those moments when we feel really good. For some of us those feelings can simply make us feel calm and content and for others, they are more intense and we feel like we can do anything and that life is just rosy and amazing. We feel great! Eventually, though those feelings seem to disperse and disappear. This is all a normal and natural process as how would we recognize and appreciate the really good moments if we did not have the seemingly regular and even down moments in our lives? We have a secret power though and we can choose to have those good feelings back more often.

To experience these up feelings more often in our lives, we must decide that we desire to establish this improved dominant vibration. Deliberately choosing what we desire to experience is our first step. We must be aware that we can always control our mood.

I’ll give you some ideas to start you off and you can add your own “feel good” ideas:

  1. Start each morning doing something to raise your vibration. It could be meditation, exercise, finding things to appreciate – – whatever works for you. When you’ve raised your vibration and you’re feeling good, go to step two.
  2. Spend 15 minutes joyously focusing on your ideal life. Allow yourself to experience 15 minutes of pure pleasure as you visualize and FEEL yourself living the life of your dreams. Savor, bask, and enjoy.
  1. Throughout the day, notice how you feel and consistently choose thoughts that feel better. Replace thoughts that feel bad with thoughts that feel good. By doing this, you are LIVING the Law of Attraction all day every day.
  2. Put on some upbeat and happy music and just dance!
