Power, as defined: “The ability to affect or influence. A physical force or strength, ability to coerce (the use of physical or moral force to do something). To enable or provide the impetus (a stimulus or response) for or to make something happen. “
Patience: “The ability to be patient (willing to wait when necessary). Constant in the pursuing of, calmly diligent, and never in a rush to attain a goal. “
Impatience, the outright opposite to patience, which entails the lack of patience, being intolerant to delays, and eagerness to do/begin something… Almost everyone, if not all, have been a victim of impatience. We tend to give a go, say yes, quit, fault, … as applicable to things, people, and the values that are dear to us.
Most times, having thoughts of never taking a step back (being impatience) off from an already determined or planned action(s) occur to us as the only solution to the conditions or paths we find ourselves in. But in most ways we would never have imagined, this somewhat negative ability cause hindrance(s) to what we would have gained (far better), or the likely occurrence which would have propelled us forward to a much more favorable goals or options.
Although, being patient takes a lot of physical/mental training, mastering, and perfection, but it sure is, the best bet, and to choose over the most times we choose to eagerly get things done or make decisions swiftly(being impatient).
I could remember a time I was willing to sell something I wouldn’t be needing off. I was all caught up in a fee that doesn’t even deem value to it. It was quite helpful, that, I wasn’t desperate (having, learning, and mastering the power of patience reduces desperation to a very minimal or zero level.) I was able, through being patient, to set a price I wouldn’t go back on, no matter what. It finally paid off! I got more than I had set plus a little tip I never thought of!
Wisdom, as said, “Is profitable to direct.” So as patience, it’s profitable and all worth banking on to direct in situations we find ourselves in. Although, it will be a bit untruthful, not to say few times, being impatient solves condition we get in, better used for action(s), mastering patience gives us the power to know when to apply, unequivocally, patience to our everyday drives over impatience.
If you have been more an impatient person, try being patient at your actions/decisions, and see how much values it adds in comparison to when it’s being done with outright impatience, then, train, master, to set its power into full effects and if you’ve been more a patient individual, having a tolerance to wait for the very best call on your actions/decisions, then, take your power of being patient to a new height! It always gets better!! Level up!!!
