Thank You Is Not Enough

It’s hard for me to believe that See The Good has been up and running for seven months now, but it has. And I wanted to take a few moments and say thank you to everyone who has become a part of the site in one way or another. I am very fortunate to have many fantastic readers who are so much more than generous with their kind words of encouragement and support. When this project began, I was not sure what my expectations were for success or how I was going to get to that point. But as the weeks passed and readers began to comment on my posts and the guest posts, the epiphany occurred. My success was in the kind words, the encouragement and the thoughts being shared by readers around the world. Each person’s message that they were touched by a post or that a post encouraged them is worth more to me than having a best-selling novel!

From the beginning, the one thing that I knew for sure was that my thoughts would only interest a specific number of readers. For the site to really appeal to a huge demographic, I would need help. And again I was very, very fortunate to find a wonderfully talented and generous group of people who have been willing to invest their time and effort in creating guest posts for See The Good. I never could have made it seven months without their contributions. Some were one time posts and others have become regulars, and I am equally thankful for each and every one of these people. And I can’t speak of the contributors without a very special thank you to Amy Temple who was the first one to “take a chance” on See The Good and offer to contribute a post. And my good fortune did not end there, as Amy has so generously agreed to provide a guest post for us every Sunday. I am certain that her commitment and contribution has been a key to the site’s success.

So as See The Good closes in on the milestone of 10,000 clicks, I would like to thank everyone who has been a part of this success from the readers and contributors to my friends who have been encouraging me to start a website. I look forward to many more years of post, great comments and new friends as See The Good continues to grow. Thank you is just now enough…

Kathy, your See the Good is helping to Save the World through kindness, respect and understanding, dignified sharing of thoughts, feelings, experiences and emotions, with a great measure of passion, patience and persistence proving that unity does NOT mean unification.
