Baby Steps

Everything we learn as a small child is achieved in tiny steps or increments. We roll over before we sit up, then we learn to stand, and finally, we begin to take our first wobbly steps. And over time we gain control of our balance and muscle movement to master the art of running. But somewhere in the process of growing into adulthood, we all forget that very first lesson of baby steps. We all demand instant gratification, knowledge, and accomplishments. But what we get most of the time is instant frustration, self-doubt, and a sense of failure.

Nothing in life that is worth achieving comes easily or quickly. Remember the concept of baby steps and all that you accomplished as a child when using that thought process. Then, remain determined to work toward your goal and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment with each tiny victory on your way to total success.
