Genuinely honest people never waste their time telling you how trustworthy they are, they show you. It never crosses their minds to explain what or why they are doing something. It is the person who is always claiming to be genuine that has something to hide. Their words are only a distraction to draw your attention away from their actions. Surround yourself with those whose actions speak louder than their words.

I agree, honest people know themselves, they really don’t need to prove their honesty, because their actions, choices, and decisions do the work for them.
Good advice, Kathy. Some people do like to toot their own horn. But if you are who you say you are, do what you say you do, you don’t need to tell the world. They will know.
