What It Takes To Be A Hero

Each day we see people who look lost, sad, or depressed. It could be a friend, coworker, acquaintance, or even a stranger. And you might have no idea what that person is experiencing or what is creating the challenge or stress in the person’s life. But you have the potential to help that person, to be their hero. A simple smile, kind word, or message of encouragement will let that person know that someone cares enough to invest time and effort in them. We all hold the potential deep inside of us to be a hero. You don’t need to wear a uniform, be extraordinarily brave, or have a particular skill. All you need to have is a little compassion in your heart.

  1. What a wonderful world it would be if everyone became a hero simply by being kind to others. Kindness matters. Kindness is a priceless gift that costs nothing to give and blesses the giver as much as the receiver.

  2. I agree. A kind act, deed, thought or idea will make you someone’s hero. That is it for some one in need. Keeping giving kindness.
