The wise man knows that he has weaknesses and limitations. Instead of hiding these issues, he surrounds himself with others who are skilled in these areas. But only the wisest men can become truly successful because they listen to the advice and information provided by those they have chosen to bring into their inner circle. Many a wise man has only taken the first step. But then he allows his ego to derail him before he accomplishes the really challenging part of the journey.
