As I sit here thinking about this past year, I am so grateful for all the wonders God has done for me.
He has been showing me His miraculous ways by allowing me to finally let go of all the unpleasantness that has occurred in my life.
As I mentioned previously I dealt with bullying and harassment in school and various discrimination and rejection by society because of my learning disabilities. That led me to suffer from low self-esteem for years.
This year was quite an eye-opener for me. By the grace of God, I was finally able to get peace and let go of my past and start working on the life that He has planned for me.
I may never fully forget what has happened to me but for the sake of this new life God has blessed me with, I have forgiven those who have hurt me.
I want to start this new life – this New Year – by continuing to grow as the individual God made me to be.
I don’t want to give my past control anymore. I wasted too much time fretting over it. I want to move forward.

Pamela, thank you so much for your kind words. It was the sweetest thing that I have read so far. I am so touched to know my work is affecting others in such a positive way. And don’t worry… I intend to be here for as long as I can! Happy New Year to you and your family.
This is my favorite part. ” want to start this new life – this New Year – by continuing to grow as the individual God made me to be.” I don’t understand why so many of us keep starting over a life, turning over a new leaf, leaving the past behind and moving forward fresh. Starting over has wasted so many of us time, resources, energy and money. Our past holds the blueprints of all our trials and failures. We need some of our past to help us to continue into the new anything and everything we want to start. Starting new is wonderful and for some of us, it’s the best thing we can do. But any and every new start needs wisdom, strength, and power. There are power and strength in the past, pain too. But for those who have learned their lessons, the pain can bring you no harm. But the strength you developed from lessons learned, will make you wiser and better, thus your life will become better, and then a NEW and FRESH START is yours to keep.
Thanks so much for your kind words, Annelise. Happy New Year to you and your family.
