Leadership is not about clawing your way to the top. A true leader does not act on selfish motivation. Instead, a leader does what is best for the group, team, or company. A true leader only rises to the top as a result of doing what is best for others

True. Sounds like a lot of mothers I know. I wonder if many women are aware of their leadership qualities. Amazingly it comes natural to many women, and they pass it on to their children, but not much thought is given about it. And she does it with real love. Leaders make sacrifices for their team. So do mothers. These sacrifices are for the greater good. So will mothers. Someone should research this. Lovely post.
