Life is like a body of water. It must remain in motion to stay clear and pure. When there is no motion, no progress, both a life and a body of water, become stagnant, cloudy, and harmful to humans. Keep moving along the path that is your life. Embrace the changes and challenges that come your way and know that they are both critical to keeping your life healthy and happy.
“Embrace the changes and challenges that come your way and know that they are both critical to keeping your life healthy and happy.” This is my favorite part. Every challenge and change that comes our way, comes with valuable lessons and sometimes great lasting friendships. Open the door and examine the change, and test the challenges, you will gain strength, wisdom, and understanding from it. Thus your life will indeed be better.
Great quote! So timely and great, I just posted to LInkedIn, a first for me. Bill Martindill (1910 – 2010) said it best, “Growing older is inevitable, growing old is optional.” Move it or lose it is another way to say it but the advice is the same as yours here, too, which is lovely: “Remain in motion to stay clear and pure.”
