We are all endowed with the ability to create. But it is up to each one of us to decide if we are going to invest ourselves in creating something good. If you choose to waste your talent and gifts, you might not consider that to be the creation of something bad, but it is certainly not the creation of something good. Waste is never good. So you really have three choices, waste your gifts, use your gifts to create evil and pain, or use your gifts to improve yourself, your life, and the world. The choice is really that simple.
Another powerful message! After the gift of life, the greatest gift we humans have is the gift of choice. As your post today says so well, Kathy, choose wisely, choose life. We are not born sinners, we are born to create and live, learn, laugh and love.
Believe it or not, someone benefits from waste, but then, it depends on the waste. Every human on this planet was born with something good to work with. For some of us, someone saw it early and nurtured it. Others who knew themselves found their gifts or talents themselves, then they work it and share. Then humanity benefits. Whatever gifts or talents you have if it’s valued, loved and nurtured correctly, it will grow abundantly for good. When it’s devalued and taken for granted, then the problems begin and waste is created.
