Think of what is being asked of you and then put it into perspective.
Consider the weeks that we are being asked to change our lifestyles.
Then compare that to the years of change and sacrifice that were made by our parents and grandparents during WWII.
How would our lives and our world be different if those people had chosen to ignore the greater good rather than pulling together to survive?
Life is not all good or all bad, but we have been very fortunate for many decades.
Now it is our turn to do what is difficult, what is right, for our future, the future.
I agree, so much has changed in the last two months, and it seems as if the end is far away. But near or far, together we will overcome. We need unity, love, kindness, understanding, patience, endurance and determination and much more to get over this. And we will, together we will.
Great message today, Kathy, and love the image that is so iconic of the “we can do it” American spirit. Thanks for your positive and oh, so true message. xxxxoooo
