Navigating This Storm – By AMY TEMPLE

Stay calm. That’s all we can do.

Yes, these are very trying times we’re going through but if there is ever a moment where we need to rely on each other, it’s now.

Let’s stop pointing fingers and begin to help one another.

It’s not as hard as it looks.

  1. Yes, this is a time when humanity must unite for the survival of all. Every little act of kindness, understanding, patience, love, consideration, etc, benefits someone, thus helping to preserve humanity. Let us join together and deny COVID 19 life. Let us take away it’s power. Love for each other and humanity can do that. We can start by obeying the rules of social distancing, isolation, and quarantine. Simple rules that will deny COVID 19 the right to continue to harm us.

  2. Merging of Lives
We’re caught up in a world wide
    Struggle
    To maintain our long
    Sought lifestyles
    And homelands
    We’re no longer
    So different
    But so much the same
As we all endure the hardships
    Facing us
    We’ve learned to merge
    Our ideas
    Our strengths
    Our compassions
    And become one
    Intermixed species
    Fighting an unknown enemy
Hopefully we learn to get along
    And work together
Each of us need to do their part
    To merge as one
    Believe in tomorrow
    Everything will be okay….
