In many parts of the country, spring is arriving. Birds are singing, flowers and trees are blooming, and the sun is hanging around a little bit longer each day. All of these are signs that nature is continuing to move forward. Even if all of the humans in the world have altered their lives because of this virus, Mother Nature will not be held back. She is an unstoppable example for all of us to follow.
Sure, life will be different, and we all need to adapt. But it is not only possible, but it is also doable. Each year is different. The winter might be colder or longer, but somehow, each year, spring arrives and brings with it a bounty of new life. And that is precisely what each of us needs to do. Right now, we are weathering the storm, but know that soon we will spring forward and begin to discover the beauty and happiness that awaits us. However, this year, we will stop and smell the roses, gaze the cherry blossoms, and soak in the warmth of the sun with a renewed appreciation for all that we have.
