When we open our eyes, ears, and minds, there is wisdom all around us to help guide us on our journey in this world.
One of my favorite places to find inspiration and motivation is in music. And one of my favorite artists is Neil Diamond. The lyrics from Brother Love’s Travelling Salvation Show seem to be echoing in my mind these days. And that tells me that I need to be focused on following this sage advice:
Now you got yourself two good hands
And when your brother is troubled
You gotta reach out your one hand for him
‘Cause that’s what it’s there for
And when your heart is troubled
You gotta reach out your other hand
Reach it out to the man up there
‘Cause that’s what he’s there for
These words are as important and meaningful today as they were when they were released in 1969!
