People often scoff at the concept of simply deciding to be happy, and surrounding yourself with good people. When I ask them if they choose restaurants they don’t like or buy cars they don’t want they respond with an “of course not.” You can choose to do what makes you happy. You can choose to be a positive person. You can choose your tribe members.
Happiness is meant to be a blessing not a curse.
