Mila has come through eight hours of surgery today with excellent results. A new surgeon joined her team this week to use a process he pioneered at the Mayo Clinic. As a result, Mila is expected to regain full use of her hand and fingers after therapy. Until just a few days ago, that was not even a hope for the outcome of her surgery.
