There is much to be gained in a time of quiet reflection. Relax, clear your mind and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Nature is full of surprises. We simply need to keep our eyes open to see the beauty and majesty that it shares with us.
Sometimes it appears as if you have reached the end of the road. But in most cases, you just need to think outside the box. A whole new world could open up for you if you try a new approach. When you reach the last step, take a leap of faith and start to swim, float, or dog-paddle. Just never give up.
