It’s not always the big scary dog that is there to protect you. Sometimes that big strong guy is there to remind you that we all need some love now and then. And it might be your turn to be the strong, brave one. We all have jobs to do. But those jobs can change. Be sure your expectations for yourself and others are allowed to change so that you always appreciate what others have to offer. And so that you recognize the value of what you bring to the table.
