
MONDAY –
I write to quiet the thoughts that swirl in my brain. (Notice that I didn’t say the voices in my head- I don’t want you to think I’m crazy!) putting thoughts on paper is like opening a spigot on a barrel that is about to explode. It relieves the pressure and allows me to calm my brain and rest.
