We must allow ourselves the chance to take breaks.
The world is not going to end if we decide to not do anything or if we allow somebody else to do the thing we had planned to do.
We are all capable of doing things and we must work… but we have to let ourselves just rest.
Don’t allow anyone to make you feel bad for taking breaks.
Doing so is actually going to make lives easier. It’s going to make it better.
And who isn’t up to that?
