Everyone faces challenges in their life. Some are big, and some are small. We all try to do our best to overcome them. But for some people, like Gianna and her family, the battle they are facing is one that most can never imagine. This amazing young lady is facing cancer for a second time in her very young life. It has already taken her leg, but she is not letting it take her heart, her smile, or her desire to win! If heart and desire were enough, she would never have to experience another treatment. However, that is not the way it works. So, she needs your prayers and help to get to MSK hospital in New York to join a trial that could save her life.

I know another young lady who faced this same cancer not too long ago, and friends and family rallied around her for the trip to MSK for the treatment that helped her beat cancer. If you know me, then you know that I do not ask this often, but this little girl has a lot of firsts that she deserves to enjoy like a first date, first love, school dances, graduation, and if she is as fortunate as I am, many amazing years with the love of her life.
