A leader is not always at the front of the group, pulling them forward. Nor is he or she at the rear of the group pushing them forward. Sometimes a great leader is right in the middle of the pack, whispering encouragement and appreciation to those who need it the most to help the team succeed.
Talent will only carry you so far. You must also have the desire to succeed, dedication to work hard, and the appreciation of the expertise that you were given to reach your fullest potential.
You don’t need to be the best to find happiness in your life. All that is required is that you do your best.
You don’t need to worry. You don’t need to be anxious nor afraid. Whatever you need will be provided for you. Just rest and relax.
