LOVE simply is; GOD. The LOVE he has had and still having towards us will be eternally continual and unconditional. In this same vein, he (God) expects us to LOVE others (including ourselves ) in a way he’s shown us, LOVE.
Loving others might be a hard nut to crack but it becomes easier to LOVE others if we LOVE our own self unwavering and undoubtedly.
Most times, others make it so hard for us to LOVE them back, this doesn’t give us the attitude to stop showing them the needed LOVE. Some have been hurt emotionally by probably those who they LOVE, and have trusted even more than themselves, some by the passing away of a loving one, others by disappointments, and whatever reasons they might create in making it difficult for them to be loved or seem like they don’t need LOVE from others.
Their actions toward us shouldn’t stop us from showing them LOVE or loving them still. Showing them love might be all they need to see life differently once again. LOVE might change their views about life or that everyone’s presence in their life is not to hurt them but to be there for them when needed.
LOVE is accepting someone, for who they’ve been (their past), who they are ( at present) and who they’ll still be/become (in the near or far future). Showing love to others entails accepting our fellow others that they are not in any way, US. They have flaws, imperfections… which we need to accept them for and overlook to be able to LOVE them accordingly.
